Career fests in schools — opening doors before the choices arrive.

Pupil teachers organise career fests in nearby schools — especially for senior-secondary students — to surface the breadth of career options long before the decision moment hits.

How it runs

Three formats, one purpose

Each fest blends visual displays, structured presentations and small-group conversation — so different kinds of learners all walk away with something useful.

  • Charts & Displays

Visually rich charts walk students through career options, eligibility, scope and progression — laid out for easy classroom-style browsing.

  • PowerPoint Presentations

Structured slide decks unpack each career stream, the entrance exams that lead to it, and the day-to-day life of professionals working in the field.

  • Interactive Sessions

Open Q&A and one-on-one discussions where pupil teachers help senior-secondary students think through their own strengths, doubts and choices.

Run by our PG students

Each career fest is anchored by the Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling cohort — they research each career stream, build the materials, and lead the sessions on the ground.

For senior-secondary students

Hosted on partner-school campuses for Class XI–XII students weighing up streams, exams and longer-term career paths — before the high-pressure decision window arrives.

Welcomed back, year on year

Principals and teachers in partner schools look forward to this fest every session — a fixture in their senior-secondary calendar.
