Publication process

From submission to open-access publication.

Nine clearly-defined stages that shape every paper Vidya Dhara publishes — from the moment an author hits submit, through originality screening and double-blind review, to the certificate that lands in the author’s inbox.

Author submits paper

Manuscript and signed copyright form sent via email or the online portal.

Preliminary review

Quality, plagiarism and grammatical checks before peer review.

Originality screen

Plagiarised submissions are rejected; originals advance for review.

Paper ID assigned

Original manuscripts are accepted into review and get a tracking ID.

Editorial board review

Subject experts comment — accepted, rejected, or revisions requested.

Decision sent

Final decision notification is communicated to the author.

Copyright + fee

Copyright form and the publication fee are submitted by the author.

Final paper + certificates

The finalised paper is sent back to the author together with certificates.

Published online

The article goes live with open access for every reader.

Decision turnaround

Authors are typically notified within 6–8 weeks.

Manuscripts requiring major revision may take longer. The publication-fee step happens only once a paper has been accepted — nothing is payable up front.

Begin the journey

Submission and peer review are entirely free of charge.
