Grievance Redressal Cell
Feedback proformas and the Grievance Redressal Cell at IAMR B.Ed. College — channels for resolving student, faculty and stakeholder grievances.
Concrete channels — for every kind of concern.
Students, faculty and other stakeholders have a clearly named place to voice an issue — and a committee that meets periodically to act on what comes in.
Constituted by the Principal
The cell handles physical or mental harassment, complaints about classroom teaching, classroom management, syllabus completion, teaching methods and similar academic concerns — through periodic meetings that arrive at concrete solutions.

Six concrete routes
Suggestion boxes on campus
Anonymous drop-points across the campus — the authority reviews submissions and resolves what it can.
Class teachers & mentors
First port of call for day-to-day issues — class teachers and assigned mentors hear them out and route them upward when needed.
Student council representations
The student council carries collective issues straight to the Principal — formal representation, not back-channel chatter.
Grievance box near the library
Hoisted beside the Central Library Reading Room — for students who'd rather submit a grievance in writing than appear in person.
Email & feedback forms
Online proformas and direct email to the cell — the same content as the paper forms, with a digital trail.
Committee meetings
Periodic Grievance Redressal Cell meetings work through pending items and decide concrete next steps.
Genuine grievances are amicably and promptly resolved — by the Principal, the cell and, where required, the management.
