Mentoring
Mentor-led tutorial periods, parent-mentor interactions, individual record diaries and the Career Development & Placement Cell at IAMR B.Ed. College.
Personal mentorship, career launchpad.
Every trainee gets a dedicated mentor for the full academic year — and a Career Development & Placement Cell that opens doors well before graduation.
One mentor, one group, one year
A weekly Tutorial Period in the timetable. Students are divided into groups, with one mentor per group counselling and resolving issues.
The mentor stays with the same group for the full academic year — discussing academic performance, personal, educational and vocational concerns.
On Parents Day, one-to-one mentor–parent interactions happen. The mentor delivers a hand-written letter of gratitude from each ward.
Trainees apply for any leave or concession through a written application addressed to the mentor.
